The customer must provide a valid shipping address and details.
Products can only be shipped to Post Office Boxes if a prior arrangement has been made with our sales team.
The customer must ensure that an authorised signatory is present at the provided shipping address during business hours to accept delivery of the goods.
The customer is liable for any costs and/or additional costs incurred due to re-shipping of goods regardless of circumstance.
Warranty and returns

All parts are covered by a 12 month RTB (Return to Base) warranty, unless stated otherwise.
Please return all goods in the original packing and with the invoice.
The cost of posting the faulty product back to Marine PC is the responsibility of the customer.
With the exception of Special Order Items - Marine PC will endevour to Replace any tested faulty warranty Item from stock within 48 HOURS of reciept of goods.
Replacements for discontinued products/models are usually quite hard to get, so you may be offered an alternative product of equal or greater performance.
If no fault is found with the product, the customer is responsible for paying any costs incurred in returning the product to them and a service fee may also apply.
All warranties are strictly replacement warranties.
Physical damage to items including, but not limited to, scratches, cracking or markings may void your warranty.
