Same Day Warranty Turnaround: (Commercial fishing series)
All Commercial Fishing Series systems come with a 12 Month Same Day Onsite Warranty.
Conditions applying to this warranty are:
1 Service call needs to be placed before 2pm for service to be guaranteed that day
Every effort will be made to fit in service calls placed after 2pm but they may be
resolved next day.
2 Warranty only applies to ports between Jurien Bay and Bunbury on the West Australian
Coast. Area's outside of this are still serviceable - travel charges apply from
closest local covered port and service times will vary depending on length of travel
time.
72 Hour Turnaround : (Leisure Craft Series)
All Leisure Craft Series Systems come with a 12 Month 72 Hour Turnaround Onsite Warranty.
Conditions applying to this warranty are:
1 Marine PC will have a technician onsite to your vessel within 72 hours of a service
call being logged.
2 Warranty only applies to ports between Jurien Bay and Bunbury on the West Australian
Coast. Area's outside of this are still serviceable - travel charges apply from
closest local covered port and service times will vary depending on length of travel
time.
RTB (Return To Base) Warranty: Trailer Boat Series
All Trailer Boat Series Systems come with a 12 Month RTB Warranty.
Conditions applying to this warranty are:
1 Warranty claim needs to be logged with Service Coordinator before system is returned

2 System is to be returned to MarinePC at customers expense.
Notebooks/Laptops.
Warranty on Notebooks/Laptops is as defined by the manufacturer.
MarinePC does offer an optional Same Day Onsite Service for Notebooks/Laptops

3 MarinePC will send a technician to your vessel - any Notebook/Laptop that cannot be
repaired on the spot will have its charts and databases (presuming there is a working
backup) transferred to a loan laptop. MarinePC will then take the unit back and have
it repaired by the manufacturer. Upon completion of repairs by Manufacturer MarinePC
will return to your vessel and transfer back your database and charts etc.
General Terms and Conditions - Applies to all and any systems supplied by MarinePC
1 If no fault is found with the product, the customer is responsible for any expenses
incurred in returning the product to them and a service fee may also apply.
2 Onsite Warranties - if fault is not with MarinePC supplied equipment (ie software
error or bad power etc) All travel costs and time are charged at applicable rates.
Terms strictly C.O.D.
3 Any Warranty (Including Upgrades to Same Day Onsite) is valid for 12 Months from
Purchase date.
Exclusions from Warranty:
1 Any Damage attributable to fair wear and tear, overload or improper handling and/or
installation procedures.
2 Water Damage / Corrosion or similar
3 Physical Damage
